FrameLab browser runtime: upstream licenses and source provenance

The static build includes unmodified Pyodide 314.0.7 core files and the NumPy
2.4.6 wheel named in Pyodide's package lock. The runtime files and the license
copies listed below are SHA-256 pinned in FrameLab's pyodide-manifest.json.
